The Talking App: Adding visual experiences for Alexa

Applications for Alexa are considered voice-first in that their primary user interface should involve speech. But voice-first doesn't necessarily imply voice-only! Both platforms support visual interfaces that complement their voice applications for users who own devices with screens, including Echo Show and Fire TV.

In this example-driven session, we'll see how to add visual experiences to Alexa and Google Assistant applications. We'll start with the Alexa Presentation Language (APL).
