According to every metric half of the IT industry has less then 5 years of experience. This means organizations won’t be successful if they only recruit the 10+ year veterans because there just aren’t enough of them. As leaders, we need to be able to find, attract, vet and retain young technical talent. This session will provide lessons learned from interviewing approximately 100 recent college grads every year for the past 5 years.
