Green Dashboards, Red Obligations
Your dashboards are green. APIs return 200. Latency is within target.
But customers are seeing duplicate charges, stale AI answers, incorrect refund denials, or decisions nobody can explain.
This interactive architecture lab teaches participants to detect and design for the gap between technical availability and trustworthy behavior. Teams will stress-test an AI-enabled commerce platform through guided simulations: ambiguous payment timeout, checkout retry storm, weak-evidence refund denial, stale search answer, runaway agent tool loop, and “green dashboards, red customers.”
For each failure, participants will decide:
- What is the customer promise?
- What evidence is still trustworthy?
- What must the system stop doing?
- What degraded experience is honest and safe?
- What proof must exist before re-enabling automation?
The session uses the repository’s scenario-based simulations and architecture templates, giving every participant an immediately reusable failure-analysis method.
