Foundations of Facial Recognition
Facial Recognition whether you agree with it or not it is here to stay. Understand what the algebra is behind facial recognition, what is involved, and what kind of software there is out there.
We seen facial recognition in action already, and some of the impact. In this session we will discuss that basic concepts on how we can reduce images to detect variances, store facial patterns, and the appropriate models used in order to detect facial patterns. We also will include the huge potential bias and expected errors that come from facial recognition.
