Speaker Topics - No Fluff Just Stuff

Agile Opening and Closing Meetings

Whither your Agile, Lean, Crystal, or SCRUM… starting the iteration right is the first step towards success. Core to a successful project is communication and few streams of communication is more important than that we have with the users. The session is for new or seasoned developers or project managers who would like to sharpen agile techniques in the opening and closing meetings.

In this session we will baseline our understanding of agile and agile practices. Then we will break into a mock opening meeting with details of what is important to be covered. Following this and a very quick iteration, we'll have a closing meeting. Discussed will be the before and after meeting expectations.
