I'm reading MJWTI (AAIGWTLB) - No Fluff Just Stuff

I'm reading MJWTI (AAIGWTLB)

In my Agile Methodolgies talk yesterday at the NFJS Seattle show, I started with the question
"Why should you be agile?" One of the attendees responded quickly, "To keep my job from going to
India!" We all laughed. Later in the talk we related how some of the agile techniques can help us
keep our job. But if your concern is how to keep your job (and it should be), then, you may want to
take a look at what I'm reading.

If you catch me on the flight this week, you'll find me reading:

This book really has nothing to do with India.
You can substitute the word "India" with any
country, state, town or even a person around you.
The books is all about you and me, the software
developers of the world!

Chad Fowler has done a remarkable job on this book.

Software development is a high skilled, highly competitive field.

Did you start developing software because it is your passion or
did you start because it had more money?

Should you continue to be a software developer? If so, what can you
do better?

I am enjoying this book.

On a side note, my Job is going to India. [No, it is not being outsourced!]
I will blog about that in a couple of weeks with more details :)
