Give if you can to Katrina relief fund - No Fluff Just Stuff

Give if you can to Katrina relief fund

Posted by: Venkat Subramaniam on September 4, 2005

I was on my way home from the airport on Thursday late night when I drove by the Houston

Astrodome. I saw several large busses lined up in the parking lot?evidence to what I've heard

on the radio.

Thousands of people have sought shelter in Houston and other cities nearby. I am happy to see people

being so helpful to the needy at the time of their hardship. Shools and Universities around Houston have

started accepting students from our neighboring states.

My first action on Friday morning was to write a check to Red Cross ? Katrina relief fund.

I encourage you to contribute. It is not important how much you contribute - no amount is small.

Open your heart to help those in need?closer to home.
