At Dallas Java MUG on August 10th

Posted by: Venkat Subramaniam on July 28, 2005

I am looking forward to give the Agile Software Development talk at
Dallas Java MUG on August 10th (Thanks to NFJS for sending me there).
There is increasing interest in agile methodologies and practices1.
We will discuss ways to be agile and also discuss the minimum first steps
to get better at what we do.

1. I'm having a blast teaching a week long course on Agile Software Development
in California this week. There is a good mix of architects, managers, and senior
developers among the attendees. We are not agreeing on everything (and I don't
expect to), but the interaction and discussions have been exciting.
