Groovy and Griffon @ JavaOne 2012

Posted by: Andres Almiray on June 15, 2012

JavaOne 2012 rejection/acceptance letters were sent a few days ago. after the dust settled I was surprised to see my account did not contain a single accepted proposal, but 5!

Here's the run down for this year

  • CON5100 - The Groovy Ecosystem
  • CON5106 - Griffon, Up Close and Personal (sharing the stage with (Ix-chel Ruiz)
  • CON5102 - Walkthrough Groovy's AST transformations (marked as alternate)
  • CON4853 - JavaFX for Business: Monitoring a Container Terminal (sharing the stage with (Dierk Koenig)
  • CON8222 - RIA Technologies and Frameworks Panel (duking it out with Kevin Nilson, Stephen Chin, Sven Reimers and Tom Schindl)

It's a sure bet Groovy and Griffon will appear in one form or the other in each and every of these talks. Looking forward to knowing the full schedule, this year is shaping pretty good for Griffon :-D
See you there!
