Upcoming Groovy/Griffon talks

Posted by: Andres Almiray on April 13, 2010

It's been a while since I last blogged here and that's because of a good reason: just relocated to Switzerland (Basel actually) to join an incredible team! There so great I can actually spend some time out of the office to attend a few conferences and local events, along side fellow Groovy committer and colleague Hamlet D'arcy:
  • May 5 - jax.de - Flying with Griffon, Polyglot Programming in the JVM
  • May 14 - Geecon - Flying with Griffon
  • May 18 - Gr8conf - Flying with Griffon
  • June 8-9 - Epicenter - Flying with Griffon, Polyglot Programming in the JVM
  • June 24 - Karlsruher Entwicklertag - Flying with Griffon
Last but not least there is Hackergarten, a revolutionary hacking group started by Hamlet himself, where the point is to get together, hack around for a few hours and release the code. The first night was about Gradle and its plugin system. I'm told the group was able to build a new plugin and release it that same very night, wicked!. The next installment is set for April 30th. The topic you ask? Griffon plugins. Please consider dropping by if you're in the Basel area (or close to a 1hr train ride), we'll be happy to have you!

Keep on Groovying
