JideBuilder 2.0 released - No Fluff Just Stuff

JideBuilder 2.0 released

Posted by: Andres Almiray on October 10, 2008

Following the recent releases of Groovy 1.5.7 and 1.6-beta-2 I'm proud to announce the release of JideBuilder 2.0.

The release version has jumped from 1.0 to 2.0 for two reasons:
  • version 2.0 relies on groovy 1.6-beta-2 (because of the new binding syntax and improvements made to SwingBuilder and FactoryBuilderSupport).
  • JideBuilder's code is now hosted at the Griffon project and has changed package to griffon.builder.jide
The project page will also be migrated to the Griffon space in the following days. Version 1.0 will still work for those of you that want to play with JideBuilder and cannot use groovy-1.6-beta.

Keep on Groovying!
