GraphicsBuilder: J2D plugin 0.2 released

Posted by: Andres Almiray on July 10, 2008

I'm pleased to announce that version 0.2 of the J2D plugin for Grails has been released. This version adds support for SVG output and image caching. It also solves a terrible problem that rendered the previous version quite unusable in reloading scenarios.

In order to cache an image you will have to specify two new parameters
  • name - the name of the file where the image will be saved (without file extension)
  • ttl - (time-to-live) how long will the cached image will be valid (in milliseconds)
Feedback is always appreciated

Keep on Groovying!
