Animations with GraphicsBuilder

Posted by: Andres Almiray on September 7, 2007

If you have had the chance to play around with the GraphicsBuilder Demo you surely saw a simple animation using bind() and a Thread, well here is another example you may want to try

You will notice that several properties of the morph variable are changed over time, which makes this type of animation a little awkward to code. It would be better if a set of keyframes were specified, each keyframe would trigger changes on a set of properties... which is something the Timing Framework provides, now I really need to get the book ;-)

Another thing I'd like to do is create a Color range, which would help a lot in setting a different color at each keyframe for this animation in particular.

Keep on Groovying!
