Dave Pickering is the VP of Engineering for Glassbox Corporation where he leads development of the open source Glassbox application troubleshooter. Previously, Dave founded and led the Call Center Technology group for Oracle development. Prior to that, Dave managed the telephony and VOIP product development at Siebel Systems and Scopus Technology.
