Speaking in Austin

Posted by: Alex Miller on 05/22/2008

Just another shameless plug…I’ll be speaking in Austin at the Lone Star Software Symposium No Fluff conference the weekend of July 11th. Because obviously, the place you want to be in July is Austin. :)

Seriously, I’m really looking forward to the show as my parents live in Austin and I’ve spent a lot of time in Austin enjoying live music, Waterloo Records, and the many fine places to eat great food (Magnolia Cafe, Rudy’s, Amy’s Ice Cream, and so many more aughghghghghhhhh). I’m also going to bring a couple of my kiddos with me so that should be a blast.

I’ll be doing my talks on Java Collections, Java Concurrency Idioms, and of course Terracotta. Look forward to seeing you there!
